After researching and reviewing the work of several contractors on the Cape, I hired Tom Flynn of Flynn High Performance, LLC to do a complete remodel of my unfinished basement. In addition to working with me on the design, Tom did an excellent job with logistics and problem-solved his way around mechanical systems that could not be moved. It was a pleasure working with Tom at every stage of the project.
