Highly recommend! On a cold Saturday night the week leading to Christmas, I discovered the heat was not working. After trying 2 other compamies; one being Whitely who wouldn’t come because I wasn’t an existing customer (even though they advertise 24x7 serviceand I could’ve become a customer)…I went to a neighbor who recommended 3G’s. Well, things happen for a reason!
I received a prompt call back from Justin; the first thing he said is “I want you to have heat”, not “are you an existing customer?” and he was at the house in a little over an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the part that had cracked. He had to go back to the shop...read full review
I’ve been using them for years and they are always there when you need them. Highly recommend! Heather takes all my panicked calls and is so kind. I usually get Justin who is awesome but everyone is great. Jared got the broken sink pipe today. It’s just a solid company that’s good to their customers!
