The team helps patients understand their conditions and provides guidance on strengthening and protecting their bodies. Patients feel knowledgeable, invigorated, and trust the care team.
At Padme, they hundred percent meet me where I am. I feel like a whole person getting treated that way. This is a far cry from a mass PT operation. Very individualized and customized, and wonderful.
Cranio sacral therapy is an amazing modality for gently righting wrongs in your body. Alicia is a true expert at delivering it. She listened to my concerns, assessed my body and helped me feel 100 times better. I left feeling taller, stronger, and more balanced.
