If I had a chance, I would simply give 0 stars. This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had. My manicure was rushed and barely lasted a 5 minutes. My nails weren’t properly buffed, and I ended up with a deep cut near my nail. Instead of checking if I was okay, the technician simply wiped away the blood and continued.
To make things worse, I was quoted one price and then charged a different amount. When I questioned it, I was told they were “just joking.” That’s not something to joke about with a customer. First and last time I'm not sure if they didn't understand but they did what they wanted not what you said and even changed nail color that I picked. So not worth what I paid
Terrible service, I would leave zero stars if possible. They just charged me $30 to remove my gel nails, THAT’S IT. Never coming here again!
I left the poor girl a tip because her boss (the owner) obviously sucks. I had been regularly coming here on my way home from work. Never again.
