It was fast and easy to get an appointment! The receptionist were all friendly and very helpful. I only waited about a minute before I was called in back for my eye exam! Dr. Nicole is great! She is super friendly, kind, compassionate, and takes time answering all of your questions and concerns. I asked her to show me different slides again during the eye exam and said i'm sorry and she said there's no need to be sorry! She didn't get annoyed or anything! I would highly recommend anyone coming here for eye services!

I’ve been a pats/customer for a few years. Exams are fast and thorough, I like the prescription card you’ve given, it’s handy. When I bought prescription glasses, I got the works and the price was reasonable. Only complaint I is at checkout I was told my bill for visit was $25.00. In 3 visits, never had to pay. I would’ve liked disclosure up front as I know my insurance has paid for item in question in past here and elsewhere. Instead of arguing, I’ll take it up with insurance company.

They can get very busy at times but I will always wait because they’re the only practice that noticed a scar on the back of my eye and did the prior authorization with my insurance so I can get it checked every 6 months. I told Doctor Magalhaes what symptoms I thought were the cause for the scar and he knew the exact Medical name of the condition right away. I’m impressed.
