For days I was having an issue with restoring my laptop so I decide to give Dartmouth tech a call. Within the first minute of the call with Don, almost even before I finished explaining my problem I had answers. I didn’t get a bring it in and I’ll look at it or, I’m sorry I can’t help you. He even offered to refer me to some of his colleagues who would be of assistance if I needed anything he couldn’t provide. Excellent service and interpersonal skills.Thank you so much for all your help Don, not only once but twice !!
Both Don and Jon are true professionals with the knowledge and skills for todays technology. They installed a camera system for me and assisted me with setting up the network and app on my phone. There was a hardware issue, but they told me how to handle it and stayed in communication with me until everything was resolved. I highly recommend this well-run company.
As a full time college student I am on my schools website daily. I was not able to load this page for days, even after looking up many youtube videos trying to fix the issue.
