I had a fantastic experience with Dartmouth Tech Services! I emailed about some issues my computer was experiencing and Don responded the very same day. We scheduled a remote session for the following week, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Don was knowledgeable without being overwhelming (I’m definitely not a tech person!) and offered clear, helpful, and relevant suggestions. I felt like I was in great hands, and my computer issues were resolved.
I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future and highly recommend Dartmouth Tech Services to anyone needing computer support.
The fellas at Dartmouth Tech Services are super - professional, reliable and reasonable. Recently I was trying to submit a job application and I hit a technical snag. I called and spoke to Don about installing a processor into my PC. He mainly works with businesses but Don took the time to walk me through on the phone step by step how to remove the old fan and processor and install the new one. I was super nervous but with Don talking me through it I was successful in completing the installation! He even called me back to make sure everything was running correctly! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
