Very disappointed with the patient care provided! It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone and they do not call you back when you leave a message. I have been calling the office for the past two days and have left numerous messages but do not get a call back. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE if you have a medical condition that requires care, they will not provide it to you. I am currently looking for a new Ophthalmologist for my chronic eye condition.

Always order glasses at Lenscrafters and get them same day with no problems. Ordered glasses here on Dec. 26 and was told it would take about a week. Received a call 2 weeks and 2 days later to let me know that they are still waiting for frames and hopefully next week. I asked if I could cancel order - nope, lenses are already done. I needed these for a specific purpose and no longer need or want them. A very expensive ($850) lesson not to order here. I plan on looking into 1-800 CONTACTS too so i don't have to deal with this place other than to see Dr. Reis.

Went here last week for an appointment had a wonder exam. Over all great experience, the front desk staff greeted with a smile and the medical assistant was truly a pleasure introduced herself right away I believe her name was skyler, not only was she polite but I felt like she did so much during my exam that I was truly pleased even before the dr baker came in. 10/10 would recommend to a family!
