Based on the reviews, Ascent Audiology & Hearing has a staff that is very kind, accommodating, and flexible with scheduling. Dr. Rena is described as nice, patient, and reassuring. The team provides care and support, treating patients with respect. They are friendly, courteous, and happy to answer questions. The experience from hearing test to fitting, fine tuning, and working with insurance is great. The staff is very helpful and understanding, helping patients feel comfortable and get adjusted to new devices. Ascent Audiology has two locations.

Lots to do, planning for a serious trip to assist family , traveling. Do ,you ask?
And my travels would not have gone as well had it not been for the sincerely effective care .. immediate sometimes I've received for my hearing and my hearing aids at Ascent audiology. It just wouldn't happen it's critical to be able to hear what people are saying what they need , especially with elders or the children in my families. You need to hear well to communicate to participate and thanks to the medical care and support I receive from a Ascent Audiology team..

Receptionist was very welcoming. I didn’t wait long at all to see the audiologist. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything and understood my hearing results as well as how to use the hearing aids.
Rena and her staff are very kind and accommodating and flexible with scheduling. They've always been so good to me and my daughter. Love the fact that they have two locations.
