I’ve been taking my teenage son here for many years. He loves it here and won’t go anywhere else. He’s the type that doesn’t do well with strangers, despises small talk, feels awkward and jittery in situations like haircuts/dentist/dr or somewhere where attention is on him. He also isn’t terribly confident so he’ll get nervous about trying to communicate the haircut he wants. These folks caught on to this unbelievably quickly, they have notes in the file about his preferences all around, and surprisingly he began to actually enjoy talking to the folks there. Have now been twice for my son, teenager, and they did a great job. I went on recommendations from friends when I asked for a family friendly place to bring my son. They took their time and he got the MVP hot towel which he really liked. I did not know how to use the app for the online checkin so I waited, they were busy. Very happy with the service and haircut.Not happy with the Sport Clips app and time estimation.I looked in advance. The app showed a 20 minute wait, so I registered. Before finalizing, the app updated and said there was a 6 minute wait. Knowing I had a 15 minute drive, I cancelled and decided to drive over. Half-way there, I had my son look at the app, it showed 0 minute wait time. Great! We walked it to find a 56 minute wait time!After our wait, the staff also confirmed many others are complaining about the app too. Please fix it.
