I’ve been taking my teenage son here for many years. He loves it here and won’t go anywhere else. He’s the type that doesn’t do well with strangers, despises small talk, feels awkward and jittery in situations like haircuts/dentist/dr or somewhere where attention is on him. He also isn’t terribly confident so he’ll get nervous about trying to communicate the haircut he wants. These folks caught on to this unbelievably quickly, they have notes in the file about his preferences all around, and surprisingly he began to actually enjoy talking to the folks there. It used to be he would only want the same hair dresser even if he didn’t like the cut after, but now when I book an appointment he’s cool with anyone there because he likes each and every one of them. They are incredibly welcoming, make him feel like a king, and he thoroughly enjoys his experience. He always comes out feeling as great as he looks. 💜

She took her time with me. The other employees had 3 customers each while she took care of me. I compensated her for the time she spent on me.

easy to sign in and out. I like the baseball atmosphere, the MVP and times to get a hair cut are always good as is their hair cuts.

I was pleased with my first cut a few months ago so I decided to come back…. My hair cut was fine and I was happy with that but can’t say the same for my beard . I asked for just a little off and to line it back up, and with one swoop of the buzzer my beard was basically gone . Was hard to have a smile after that but I just went along until It was over, there was no fixing it after that.. I had a nice full beard walking in that just needed a trim and now I have a sloppy, very uneven looking chin strap of a “beard”.. pretty bummed out to say the least

I went to Sport Clips for a haircut and the manager, Sharon, was the one who cut my hair. When I had an issue with the haircut and called to ask if they could fix it, Sharon gave me a lot of attitude instead of helping. I even recorded the phone call because I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she sounded. Really bad customer service. I won’t be coming back.
