I had such a positive experience with Heather! This was my first tattoo and she was so patient and helpful with providing feedback and alternate options when I had second thoughts at the last minute. She was professional, thorough, and really made the whole process so great! My original design didn't pan out how I imagined, but she was great about showing me other options and not pushing me at all. Cannot recommend enough!
