O' Donnell's made the planning and process for my aunt's service as stress free as possible considering the circumstances. They took care of everything from a-z and answered all my questions. I would strongly recommend using O'Donnell's services to everyone.
The entire O'Donnell family helped me so much when I lost my mother. I was a reck. They said that it's very hard when you lose a loved one and don't be afraid to show your feelings, everyone grieves differently. They are absolutely right and I want to thank them through my emotional feelings. What a great service. I also want to thank Lori and Emma from the aftercare program. They were just so supportive in helping me. What a great service. I couldn't have asked for anyone more experienced. Thank you all.
When I was faced with the responsibility of taking care of the last wishes of an elderly friend to be cremated, I was fortunate to deal with O'Donnell. Hospice provided the names of several crematory services and suggested that I research them. I called O'Donnell first and was so impressed with the kindness of Brianna that I didn't bother contacting another service.Throughout the process, the staff was very understanding and helpful. I was especially impressed with their aftercare support services.
