Honestly I feel really mixed about this place - but I probably won't come back. Dr Prentis did do a more thorough exam than most eye doctors I've been too so I appreciated that. I also enjoy that he takes time to chat with you and make you feel welcome but because of all our chatting my appointment took a really long time, after already waiting 20 minutes for the appointment to start. I was the last patient of the day and I work in healthcare so I understand running behind but 20 minutes is a bit much especially followed by an hour+ exam. The office is disgusting and very unprofessional looking- Papers and boxes and trash overflowing everywhere. They also seemed... read full review

Amazing eye doctor. Service SUCKS!! Old bags are rude and worthless. Not worth going no matter how good the doctor is. Again Service is TERRIBLE! Can anyone recommend a professional setting?
