Great company. I have been using them for three years now. I have used them on over 20 installations. They come through every time and have great customer service and service techs! Highly recommend!
Shout-out to Claude! My driveway and the path to the propane tank were completely covered in snow. Instead of turning back, he grabbed a shovel and carved a path through it. That was truly above and beyond, and I really appreciate the extra effort.
I had such excellent customer service that I wanted to write a review. Kinda surprised by the past reviews and it made me look twice that I am reviewing the same company. Eastern did everything to help me in a pinch and had everything lined up for an emergent delivery and inspection after smelling an odor. I have been a customer of Eastern for a little over a year and I find that the office staff as well as the delivery guys are super helpful and pleasant.
