This is a character reference more than anything. There’s no surprise they’re closed. The owner came to my house and yelled at my mother in law about a couch that she physically could have not moved to a spot NEAR his property. I called the town and they explained they moved it across the street as to not have to move it on a very busy street. Strange answer, I agree. I told him I paid for the sticker and called the town. He thought he was a big tough guy with a 67 year old woman but that quickly changed when I kindly explained that his best option is to keep quiet. He started swearing and swearing nervously.
