If you use this agency, be prepared to spend considerable time verifying their schedules, the arrivals and departures of their aides to their job sites, and your invoice. They are incapable of generating a weekly electronic schedule of who they are sending on which day. There is no system in place for the aides to clock in; their aides were frequently 20-60 minutes late to work for our mother, which we only learned of from the assisted living staff where our mother lives. We had several incorrect invoices billing us for hours and days their aide did not work. This agency is very reliable. I definitely recommend this agency if you need help. They are kind, caring, and very patient with you. Their employees have a lot of respect and gratitude towards you and the client. And the bosses/owners are INCREDIBLE. The services are totally amazing. I rate this agency on a scale of 100 out of 10.
