Totally sweet and helpful! I needed some help with measurements on the fly and they took the time to help me throughly!My husband and I use their cleaning regularly as well and have never had a problem.

Consumer BEWARE! They charged me $25 to take in a skirt. Took skirt home & nothing was done. Called them and explained that they did nothing to skirt and was coming for a refund. It fits exactly the same. The woman wanted my social security, license, address and phone number and a hand written note that said I wouldn’t complain online. I agreed wrote down my info & then she kept stalling; pressing buttons slowly on the computer, looking around, talking on the phone. After 10 minutes of back and forth, & her still not issuing a refund, I took my note and told her I’d never be back and promised to leave a review of my experience.
