There are so many great things to say about this place. First, the very kind man who works there realized a hem had come out of my pants before I did! It was fixed perfectly. Also this is the only place that doesn’t automatically front crease my pants, which has always been a problem. The sweaters I brought were pulled and had animal hair when I dropped them off and were as good as new when I picked them up. Finally, this place has very fair prices. I am never going anywhere else!
By Hand Cleaners are professional, polite and efficient. They do exceptional, high-quality work. We have been using them for years, and if there is ever a small problem, they take care of it immediately. I feel bad for them about the parking situation and rude, selfish people who use their spot to go to Starbucks.
I have been a patron of By Hand for a number of years. Paul is unfailingly polite and always careful. If there is ever a problem with a cleaned item, he will gladly redo it. Rose, his wife, is only available on Wednesdays, but she is the finest tailor I have ever worked with. I recommend them without reservation. Also, no one should ever take their lone parking space regardless of how crowded the lot is.
