AFA Obstetrics & Gynecology

I'm writing this 6 years after my experience with AFA because I didn't realize how amazing they were until I went elsewhere. I had all my prenatal care with AFA for my first pregnancy and they were nothing by wonderful. All the doctors were extremely empathetic, listened to my concerns and the front staff was beyond accommodating. I wish I could have gone through my next pregnancies with them but have since moved an hour away. Writing this to let others know they're in good hands during a vulnerable and exciting time.

Sherri P is absolutely amazing. The most caring, engaged, thorough provider! She was my midwife through all of my pregnancies, and my OB now. She is understanding, and ensures all your questions or concerns are addressed. Plus she always offers holistic recommendations to compliment your traditional medical care, and really looks at the patient as a whole. Not just from an OB perspective.

I had a planned c- section with Dr. Strehle, it was my second birth and it went very smooth. The hospital stay was great the nurses were wonderful with the baby and taking care of mama and baby. Dr. Strehle is very skilled and my incision looks great. during the surgery one of the midwives sat with me to ease my anxiety and nervousness about getting the epidural. The process of going in for surgery was as expected- the midwives and dr. went over the process at one of my regular appointments at the end of the pregnancy. I'm very pleased with the over all experience!
