I had a bad experience with the front desk woman last week. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager called the next day and apologized. I really appreciated this. I am taking my business elsewhere due to the incident, but the vets there are very kind and I have been happy with their car for my four dogs.

Excellent staff and vet. I had been going to a chain clinic for many years, tolerating the expensive prices and half-ass care. Crazy paws was even better than what I had read in reviews; experienced, kind, gentle, thorough, and efficient. A+ service, highly recommend.

A few days ago I had to say goodbye to my 13 year old ,Dixie. Dr. Fawn Stevenson and her staff kept Dixie healthy for those 13 years. The care and compassion of Dr. Fawn and her staff are the best you can get. Dixie got lymphoma a few months ago and I can honestly say you couldn’t compare the care and compassion that Dixie got and how caring and kind they were to me at that most difficult time. They’re like a family there and treat you and your pet the same. I highly recommend Crazy Paws.
