If there is ever a question about what has been done, they are more than willing to review everything with you. My mother in law had all her taxes done there for years and they always treated her with such kindness and patience. My daughter used to do her own taxes. She has a rental property and decided to have Karen do her taxes this year. They realized she had not done them properly the previous year(maybe two years) and filed amended returns for her. She had money coming back. And got the correct info on how to manage deductionus and repairs etc.“
