I am member since over 15years the equipment is bad same equipment forever never any update on that but the good news is the new girls cleaning changed completely the Ciccone fitness congratulations girls good job !

This is the only place to work out in my town as far as I am concerned. The owner knows how to train and work with people with disabilities. She is remarkable. The machines are new, clean, and there are instructions on their use. Precautions are in place for working out in a healthy environment. JOIN THIS GYM...YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

What an absolutely incredible place. I travel alot for business and am always looking for a great place to train when on the road! This place was off the chart! It was clean with great equipment and the staff treat you like a friend! And whoever that bearded guy was, man he knows how to train!
