This gym has serious issues with equipment, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall service. Many machines are broken or not functioning properly, especially on the lower level where most of the equipment is located. Maintenance and repairs are clearly not handled consistently.
Cleanliness standards are poor. Machines and fans are visibly dirty, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and facility upkeep.
There is no water available for members, which is unacceptable considering the high membership cost. The price does not reflect the quality of equipment, maintenance, cleanliness, or customer service provided.
Based on these factors, the gym offers poor value and does not meet basic expectations.

I am member since over 15years the equipment is bad same equipment forever never any update on that but the good news is the new girls cleaning changed completely the Ciccone fitness congratulations girls good job !

After almost 13 years I've on and off again returned to this gym. It's the same dirty, outdated, hazardous, low budget, scrambling for missing or broken equipment gym I have ever seen. The gym hasn't received a new piece of equipment since it's inception. Ill admit it has the grungy charm, but man, I simply cannot forgive the disgusting state of this gym, it's equipment, broken toilets, broken sinks, to supplement this, this gym DOES NOT GET CLEANED. Take it from someone who lived in this town since it was a measly population of about 6k people. This gym chooses to be the same after more than a decade because it knows the town has no other option. No competition, no growth. I appreciate the military discount though. Kudos to at least that

All of the cables have been broken for a month. Half of the machines will break randomly and all of the equipment is old and needs to be updated. There are only 2 benches and one adjustable. Bathrooms are a public health hazard and yet they still think they can charge 35 dollars a month. Absolute rip off. Worst gym experience ive ever had.

Class was cancelled without any notification. It is very disorganized and unprofessional. The owner is extremely rude! They never get back to customers who have questions. Seriously, I would not waste your time with them. There are so many other more up-to-date gyms in the area that are better managed!

I’ll delete this review if they can turn the music down to a quiet level. You have no idea how annoying it is working out to Taylor Swift and Jason Mraz. ”Im yours” at high volume that I can’t even hear the music in my own headphones without turning it up so loud that it damages my hearing. I mean for God sake either turn it down or shut it off. Over by the dumbbell rack I can’t even hear myself think
