Your rep Callie Stone met with my parents a couple weeks ago about a shower since my dad can’t really walk anymore. She did a wonderful job with understanding their concerns and being personable. My mom sent a card to say thank you, but I also wanted to say thank you with a review! I always worry that someone will take advantage of my parents due to their age and I’m really glad that didn’t happen. Thank you Callie and thank you Yankee!
Absolutely Outstanding Experience!
I recently had my shower redone and could not be more thrilled with the results. We ran into some unexpected plumbing challenges, especially with bringing everything up to code, but Matt (the plumber) went above and beyond. He worked directly with my building inspector to make sure everything was done correctly—and he did it all without causing any disruption to the rest of my home. I truly can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and problem-solving.

Michelle and Ryan were wonderful to work with. They asked all the right questions to fully understand what we were looking for and were both extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. The presentation was very informative, and we cannot wait to see what our bathroom looks like once everything is complete.
