I usually go when the pain gets too bad to stand and Dr Truehart gets me back in shape after a few visits. I have been going there for years and I have sent others there including family members.

Rochelle saved my back, my health and my sanity! I started going to her in 2014, and found her to be caring, talented, thorough, very skilled, and a delightful person that I looked forward to seeing every session. My stress levels and joint pain were greatly reduced, I became much more relaxed, and I wholeheartedly recommend Rochelle and Trueheart Wellness as an important part in anyone's physical and overall fitness program.
