FANTASTIC customer service. There is always a live person to speak to and they are super responsive. Had some questions that they quickly answered and then when we had issues with our wifi control app they came down and replaced the system and waiting to make sure I was up and running.

Can’t thank Sherman and his team enough for the excellent customer service. Our hot tub broke down in the middle of the cold snap and Sherman was knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed to fix it. They had the heater part in stock and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Wouldn’t go any where else for service. Highly recommended!! Thanks guys!!

I ordered a new spa cover because the old one had been in use for many years and had become waterlogged and heavy.
When the item arrived, 21st Century called me, and they were able to schedule me for installation the next day.
Technicians TJ and Jim arrived on time and quickly installed the new cover along with a new cover lifter.
They were courteous and professional, cleaned up their work area when they were done and took away the old cover when they left.
