Amazing customer service. Martin was very friendly, took a look at my laptop that was not booting in less than 24 hours after I dropped it off and notified me that it required a new motherboard which was too costly to replace. He did not try to sell me something that wasn't needed or make me repair an issue that was not worth repairing given the cost of a new computer. Thank you for great service

WangPC was very responsible, cordial, and professional. They delivered on my service request and expectations. They are also very accessible, right off the Boston Marathon route down from BC, heading into Newtown. Sadly, WangPc was not able to solve my problem --no fault of their own---but because I couldn't remember the computer password to access the hard drive, yet my company wasn't gonna pay for the repair since I already had an alternative. I just wanted to get my data off. In the end, I chose not to ride back and forth another 17 miles, 3x --go home, find pwd in my agenda, wait for repair, ride back to pick it. WangPC was able to diagnose the exact issue that I was experiencing on my newly built pc. He recommended an ssd that has fixed every issue I was running into. He quickly responds to texts and completes service in an exemplary manner. All of this at an extremely fair price. If I ever have another problem I know where I’m going. I will be recommending WangPC to anyone who asks me where to go. 5 stars ?
