“We brought in Level & Plumb mid-reno on two bedrooms in our Charlestown single family as our previous contractor ghosted us mid-project. Gary and his team were very responsive and professional and really helped us get out of a mess. They did great work finishing the bedrooms and fixing things the previous contractor had messed up. The work Level & Plumb did included crown molding, fixing of the floorboards, electrical work, restored exposed brick, fixed stair tread, installed some flooring, and reconnected our HVAC. We would definitely recommend and would be happy to work with Gary and team again!“

He gave us a time frame of when he'd start the work, started on time and finished on time. Every step of the way we knew what was going and who was going to be in our kitchen and when so we were able to plan around it. Prices were very reasonable. We added on a few extra little things, and they got done with no problems, extensions or significant extra cost. He also helped us make a case to a vendor who sold us the wrong size counter/sink combo; other contractors may have just shoved it in and grouted in then wiped his hands of the job, but here we got real advice and support. Really, we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and the whole experience!“
