Petro was professional, respectful of us and our home, arrived on time, completed the project within the quoted time frame, were outstanding in installing the hot water heater and making sure that it worked properly with no leaks, and left my house as clean as when they arrives.

Andrew saved another Petro customer today. I did not realize that we were on a variable plan which entail my budget to increase drastically this year. I had called in for options to keep my budget low and Andrew had the solution that fit our families budget. We were so close to cancelling our account as Petro does have the highest variable rate (now that we are aware) than our local oil companies. But we love their services.
