During a difficult time, I reached out to Jennifer prior to my mother’s passing alerting her that the time was near and she responded immediately on a Sunday letting me know the appropriate next steps. Once my mother passed, Jennifer and the team took care of all the details and ensured that nothing was missed and everything we asked for was taken care of. During such a chaotic time, it was very calming not to have to wait hours for a call back or a response.
