Very knowledgeable and explained in detail how his machinery worked. He even reduced his total price from the estimate as I had provided slightly larger room dimensions than the actuals. I appreciated the attention to detail and fast, professional job. We had some windows replaced and a small closet removed, so needed the wall to wall cleaned. No chemical smell, just fresh and clean. Howie arrived on time and did a spectacular job cleaning my carpet! I was very impressed that he was able to take out stains that had been there for some time.
