Simply terrific! Whether you want a great haircut or a fabulous massage, this business delivers year after year. While I am a huge fan of Berry for my haircuts and Paulette for a message, they all seem to do a great job. They go out of their way to make their customers feel appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn't get or remember the name of the stylist I had, but she was clearly very experienced. I have thick hair, and she knew exactly what to do to layer it and to help it lie nicely without creating frizz (actually apparently not an easy thing to do, in my experience). I am growing out my bangs, and she made a suggestion that totally worked to blend them in. She gave a wonderful shampoo-massage. And, perhaps best of all, she didn't ask me about my work! I was on vacation, so that was much appreciated -- but even when I'm not on vacation (or maybe especially when not on vacation), I don't want to talk about work when getting my hair done!
