So grateful to have stumbled upon this gem of a class! Beach yoga with Jenn this am was everything I needed, and it was an added bonus that my 7 year old yogi could tag along for free! Every time I’m in the area, I will be back!
Visiting a friend in the Cape we stopped in for a morning class, and I could not be more grateful. It was the best yoga class I have experienced - beautiful views, wonderful instruction and unbelievably restorative. I am so thankful to have been able to be introduced to Kripalu.
Whenever we visit the Cape I drop by beach yoga as often as I can. Chatham lighthouse beach is breathtakingly beautiful, and the teacher Jennifra is warm and funny. The practice is gentle. I have flexibility challenges and the sand is so helpful, and Jennifra specifically points out how to use the sand to your advantage, mounding it to support you as you move through the poses. The breath of life as the conclusion is a memorable way to end a practice. My husband enjoyed it as much as I!
