Polar installed a new Hvac unit for $6,000 last fall. They now refuse to connect it to the condenser saying it wasn't part of the job. If you hire this contractor, get EVERYTHING in writing. Very disappointed and now have to hire another company before weather warms up for more$$$.

We had a walk-in cooler repaired using Polar Mechanical. Total cost of the job - $7500.00. For over a month now, I have been trying to get a proper invoice and warranty information, to submit to our insurance company. After several failed attempts by phone and their "contact us" portal, I am resorting to reviews to help expedite this process. I can never seem to reach management even after several requests. I am honestly astounded by the the lack of professionalism provided by this company and will NOT recommend them to anyone.
