Just wanted to say how great the 2 men who came to our house this morning were. They were here on time and for almost two hours to ensure our system was working properly and were very kind and patient. They also didn’t mind my two year old nephew in the window watching them in amazement and even chatted for a bit with him, which I thought was really kind.
The last company we had said we would need a new septic and was out of here in a half hour. I was told it looked like the previous company didn’t even pump anything out last time I had it done.
AJ even helped me find my water valve in the basement to turn on our hose so they could really clean out the septic.
Our sink used to rumble every time our toilet flushed and it was so annoying! I noticed instantly that the problem and smell is gone! I just wanted to say thanks again for helping us out and we will definitely be using Helgerson going forward for services.

This company reconstructed a catch basin at the bottom of my very steep driveway this spring. We had been searching for a long time to find a qualified company and they fit the bill. He investigate for potential pipe clogging on the day he came to give us a quote. He discovered the pipe was not clogged, which saved us alot of money. The job was done in two days and well constructed. Highly recommend
No one ever wants to hear that they have an overwhelmed/failed leachfield. After a backup in the front yard almost two years ago we got this bad news.
From the first time I reached out to Helgerson's everyone involved has been great to deal wirh with. On the day of the backup on a nasty cold day Josh arrived with the pump truck within an hour .
Dave was out a week later to do an exploratory and confirmed what we were pretty sure was going on.
It was a long process to get a new system designed and approved. During that Helgerson's got us pumped out a few times to alleviate any issues.
Its been a long road, but once we had an approved design and these guys mobilized things… read full review
