I want to send a big thank you to Peter and Eric from Charlton Well. I had called them a few weeks ago in regards to needing a new well pump. I was told about a year ago that I needed a new one and was quoted a pretty high number by that company. I did some shopping around and found that these guys were highly recommended. So I called and spoke with a very nice woman in the office who directed me towards Peter. We spoke a few times and had an appointment set up to have him come replace our pump. This information was purely based off the recommendation from this other company. The guys got here and did a full workup to double check and make sure that this was indeed what needed to be replaced. After testing the well, testing all the faucets in the home we came to the conclusion that we did not need a new well pump right now as the water pressure in the house was perfect. There was some sediment build up over the past 11 years that we were able to quickly clean out. I just want to thank them for their time and their kindness. I will be calling them when the day does come that we do not have a functioning well pump and it does need replacement :) Thank you again!
