Just wanted to say how great the 2 men who came to our house this morning were. They were here on time and for almost two hours to ensure our system was working properly and were very kind and patient. They also didn’t mind my two year old nephew in the window watching them in amazement and even chatted for a bit with him, which I thought was really kind. The last company we had said we would need a new septic and was out of here in a half hour. I was told it looked like the previous company didn’t even pump anything out last time I had it done. AJ even helped me find my water valve in the basement to turn on our hose so they could really clean out the septic. Our sink used to rumble every time our toilet flushed and it was so annoying! I noticed instantly that the problem and smell is gone! I just wanted to say thanks again for helping us out and we will definitely be using Helgerson going forward for services.
