I have never wanted to kiss another woman so much! This lady by the name of Jean, greeted me with such hospitality. Took over an hour out of her day while telling all others to wait their turn for absolutely $0 . You know the good, old-school kind of people? The ones that do the right things because it is morally correct? That is the kind of people you will run into here. We can’t say enough great things about Charlton Well Co.! We were in an absolute panic—our well suddenly stopped working on a Friday, and we had a big event planned at our home the very next day. We called Charlton Well Co. and, without hesitation, they came out right away.
Despite the heat and short notice, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. It turned out our well pump needed to be completely replaced, and they handled everything smoothly and swiftly. Their customer service was beyond fantastic—truly one of the best experiences we've ever had with any company.
We had no water and I called on a Sunday knowing they weren't open and got a call back anyways saying that they'd call me Monday AM to schedule me. Sure enough they called me first thing Monday AM and were out an hour later. It was much appreciated especially the week of my husband's surgery. Excellent service!
