Masterful, Thoughtful care. I have never experienced better. The techs and the vet were very knowledgeable and the facility was put together so the thought. I thank everyone at this facility for being forward thinking and taking care exceptional care of our dog. They also took care of the humans, gave great advice, little hacks and simply provided the service they said they would and then some. They did not turn us away because of an anxious dog, they saw him outside in the fresh air. Thank you is not n enough to describe our gratitude. Thank You, Thank You, Thank you!
Nothing negative to say about Baystate Mobile Vet! The office and exam rooms are clean, the staff has been great and the care provided is extremely thorough! So glad we made this choice for our new puppy!
