I brought my male cat to several other vets. They all refused to take him cause he is bit of a meanie. But this place had no problem and were very nice and gentle with him even though he hissed, tried to scratch and bite. This is a true vet one that can handle any kind of pet.

So far so good. I visited the North Brookfield office years ago but this new Southbridge office is more convenient. The staff was great! The tech took the time to explain the services they were providing. They actually listen to the customer. I did experience some delays in phone/email response, but they will respond. Cost is reasonable too.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Second Chance in Southbridge. Sadly, yesterday, I had to send my sweet 16 year old cat, Gabbie, over Rainbow Bridge. Kayla and the rest of the staff were so warm and sympathetic. They let me stay with Gabbie for as long as I needed both before and after. I can't thank them enough.
