“Chinor has been wonderful professionally and detailed oriented personality. He looks to his client as God. Our experience working alongside with Chinor and his team was excellent. I would continue to use and refer Chinor in the future. Thanks Chinor. Looking forward to working with you for a long long time.”
“We had a very smooth closing process. Sammy and his team were on top of the paperwork needed promptly at each step in the process, and were always easy to reach by phone and email. I had shopped around at several other lenders, and the 30-year fixed rate that Sammy was able to lock in was a dead tie with the other lowest offer I found, and a full 0.5% APY lower than two other banks were offering. I am very happy that we went with Rate.”
“I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing and selling a few properties with Roger from MJ Mortgage, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Roger is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.
No matter how complicated things get, he’s always available to answer questions, guide you through every step, and make sure you feel confident throughout the entire transaction. His dedication, communication, and work ethic are outstanding.
If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and experienced in the mortgage business, I highly recommend Roger and the team at MJ Mortgage. Looking forward to working with him again in the future!”
