My son and I have been getting our hair cut by Jessica at Bancroft for over a year now and she is the best. I'm sure she gives hundreds of haircuts in between our visits but she treats us like we are her only customers. It's amazing how she remembers how we like it cut and conversations we've had from previous visits. I don't know how anyone can be in such a good mood all the time but she has that gift. The quality and consistency of the cut is always on point. I highly recommend this place and Jessica in particular.Service: Haircut

Recently moved back to Barnstable and needed a barber closer to my house and new job. Heard good things about Bancroft Brothers so I decided to check them out. Great location and super clean shop. Everyone in there is extremely friendly and helpful. That first time, Sam cut my hair. He was professional and gave me good guidance on how to cut my hair since I never know what to ask for. I love the cut and my wife said it was one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. I've been going back ever since and I make sure Sam's there whenever I do.Services: Scissor cut

I was so excited to see them open less than a mile from me. The best thing about this place is that it’s not a chain barber/hair dresser. There’s something to be said about a family owned operation, you get to know each other on a personal level. All three of my boys love coming here and my 2 year old has his preferred barber Sam. Sam is the man when it comes to a proper cut and shave. I recently had to dive into a SuperCuts ten minutes before closing and got a really bad cut that I need to freshen up for a wedding. I dealt with it for two weeks until I decided to get a fresh cut. I swung in at 10am on Friday and sat right down and it was like family. The Staff, Sam and I were just hanging out talking while I was getting my hair fixed. Refreshing start to a new endeavor and I couldn’t be happier with my haircut.
