So happy a friend of mine turned me on to Ross at Urban Heating & AC. I was tired of having to install window ac’s year after year. Best money I ever spent to install mini splits in my home. Plus my heating system is old, but good to have a choice or a backup. It took me a while to figure out the cooling, one large unit downstairs and two smaller units upstairs. You wouldn’t even know anything’s running here. They are just so quiet! Also very efficient. My house has never been so comfortable! His employees were also excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working! I would highly recommend them. Thank you, Ross!

After 38 years, our AC decided it needed a permanent vacation. This meant replacing our furnace as well. The guys at Urban did a great job. Thank you for employing such a great team who helped us with rebates, coordinated everything, and got the install done in about a week. The crew for the install were professional, friendly, and hard working. They cleaned up. They never once made me feel like I was being annoying with any questions I had. Bonus points because they all love dogs.
