Very positive experience dealing with my Technician Charlie and the entire crew. I had some bumps along the way but they were patient and professional and saw that all problems got resolved. Everything was explained and completed in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

Just wanted thank Charlie from Premier Generator for the outstanding job he did in performing the annual maintenance check on our Kohler generator. Maintaining a generator on a regular basis is important in insuring its optimum performance in the event of a power loss. He arrived within the scheduled time frame, was pleasant and professional. He changed the oil and spark plugs, checked the battery level, all electrical connections as well as all the other items that were listed in the annual service plan for our Kohler generator. Charlie arrived on time and ready to go today on a cold winter morning. He was very helpful in reconnecting my Kohler app and getting the internet connection restored to the generator. He serviced the gen and we’re good to go. Very professional and I’m pleased with the service.
