After my recent move, I discovered that we had a pair of very friend-shaped raccoon roommates living between the first and second floor of the house. A humane solution was very important to us and Northeast Wildlife Management delivered. They blocked all of the access and installed an exit only door so that the animals could get out, but not back in. The service was well-explained and performed professionally. It has now been 5 days since the critters left and they have not returned. The company's logic on follow-ups made a lot of sense to me. Instead of a vague warranty, they have a $250 return charge. I’ve been dealing with animal problems for six years. Pulling my hair out, dealing with big corporations. I found Northeast wildlife online. I called them. I got a human lol. They spent a half an hour answering all my questions. They were so nice. They came out that same day gave me a price way cheaper than other people and in an hour and a half they identified and install the system that evicted every animal I had in the house within a day. Steve and Tom were so nice. I have referred them to many people and they say the same thing. Great local specialized company. Wish I found them way sooner. I called Northeast Wildlife Management looking for help with bats in my roof. They answered my call right away, and came promptly and efficiently. I was happily surprised about their clear and fast communication! Very patient with my hysterics hahaa!! I am very happy with their service and I highly recommend them.
