Had windows and doors installed many years ago and admit they did a nice job. Even had two warranty calls that were handled well. I recently wanted more work done (ended up a $5,000 job) and they would not even set up an appointment. I then had an issue with a handle on a patio door that I thought was covered under warranty but they said it wasn't. I needed it fixed so paid the fee for the guy to come out. Said it needed to be replaced. Two months go by and I have to call to see what the status of the repair. Nothing had been done so I asked for a quote. My experience was great. Found the seal failed and with just a phone number and address my contract and window info was found. A 2nd sash appeared and they held my original sash so I could receive both together. Through the wait time my contact left champion and I thought a disaster was going to happen. Jessica contact me to infirm me that she was absorbing responsibility fir my order. Things worked out without a hitch. Champion has stood by their promises also on another manufacturing issue discovered at installation . Satisfied customer!!!
Mike was very knowledgeable and if he wasn’t sure on something he reached out to his supervisor. We were hoping for the buy 2 get 2 deal but it had ended 3 days prior to our appointment but it was still listed on the website during the appointment. The windows are a bit expensive but we were able to get a deal. 1 star taken off because of the price.
