Stanek Windows

Hired them in August of 2022. To date my windows are still not done.Constant delays and damaged glass sent to job several times. Cannot get any responce from their local office. , Their Customer Service is terrible. I had to give them a 1/2 star rating to get the system to move forward. If I could I would givr them Zero or below.Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

I had windows installed in February of 2015. It turns out the aluminum cladding on the trim was not installed correctly so now I have rotten window sills and trim boards. The windows were also not installed correctly. Now, I cannot get a response from the company so I can get the necessary repairs made. If I could give zero stars, I would. My advice, find another company to intall your vinal windows.

I booked an appointment through home advisor search and a rep from stanek emailed me to confirm a time to go over products etc. I had the appointmen for 10 am and here it is 11am with no call from anyone saying the rep was running late ... don't hold people up ... you say 10 make it 10 if you're running late ... a simple phone call would be nice ... would've been an easy sell now I'll give my business to someone who wants it.
