Prompt, courteous, professional service. Nice folks. I broke the glass in one of the shelves in a refrigerator that I was cleaning. It is an older refrigerator and I could find no replacement part online. I brought the shelf to Brad’s and within 24 hours they cut a plexiglass replacement which is a more than adequate replacement for the original glass, and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly do business with them again.

Have been taking screens to him for years. This time we asked to replace screen with plexiglass, due to kids and pets pushing on screen.He seemed disinterested, said it couldn't be done; then, wasn't sure it could be done, then, "try someone else".Needless to say, we went to someone else and it will be ready in a day or two.Would not recommend.
