I have worked with Tracy's team twice as a a buyer and twice as a seller over a period of many years. I have worked with others outside of the area she services as well so have some experience to compare. Tracy's team has always gone above and beyond and delivered beyond our expectations. Tracy was the listing agent on the condo I bought 10 years ago from the condo developer. My original buying experience was excellent, Tracy went above and beyond and helped me find a first-time home buyers' program to satisfy my banks requirement. I only reached out to Tracy because MY real estate agent did not know of one, and would not help me find one, even though it was the bank that she referred to me for the loan!Fast forward ten years and the condo developer went to sell their last unit and the condo financials were not in good order. Tracy and her team are lifesavers. They professionally managed the sale of my brother's condo in Massachusetts, getting us a good price, negotiating the closing, and finding contractors to repair minor things that were found during the inspection. An A+ Team. I recommend them highly.
