I was referred to Step Ahead by my chiropractor. I had been to many orthopedists over the years with back and neck problems. About a year ago I had horrible pain in both of my shoulders/arms. My orthopedist could not tell me what it was but when I went to Andy he knew immediately that it was frozen shoulder. He began working on me and I have 80 to 90% mobility now. Andy is awesome and I would recommend him and the practice to anyone.
